About Me

I am a qualified, accredited, experienced and recognised counsellor with outstanding qualities and dedication and have handled a diversity of clients of different sexual orientations, age groups (25 to 70+), cultures, religions, races and abilities.
I have dealt with Anxiety, GAD, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Social Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bereavement, Depression, Postnatal Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Anger, Family/Relationship issues, Divorce, Employment issues, Low self-confidence, Low self-esteem, Shame, Personality Disorders and Learning Difficulties.
I offer primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Stress Management, Problem Solving, Skills Training including Assertion Skills, Multimodal approach, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
I have received excellent feedback and testimonials from clients, group members and seniors and awarded in 2016 for my work as a counsellor-"Does that little bit extra without being asked, a caring person and real asset to the counselling team".
